Team - the above communication went out on txt earlier today. Please finalize your ticket sales and get those stubs and the money to me so we can get our audit finalized on the final ticket count. We have double the tickets required in allocation to secure the bike (and taxes), however we have less than half the tickets currently accounted for (sold) to offer the bike to the winner. We have the month of April to get the remaining tickets sold. In the event we don’t have enough tickets sales to cover the bike and expenses, we will simple move to plan B and award a 50/50 position to the raffle winner.

In closing and retrospect, this raffle was an extreme amount of work and effort to not only plan, manage and execute - but also in it’s governess and legal compliance.
